Child Safety & CSAE Policy

At Alyve, we are committed to protecting all users, especially minors, from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not tolerate any form of CSAE on our platform and take proactive steps to detect, prevent, and report abuse.
 

1. Prohibited Content

Alyve strictly prohibits:

• Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.

• Communication or behavior that attempts to groom or solicit minors.

• Sharing, uploading, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required.
 

2. Detection & Moderation

We use a combination of:

• Automated tools and AI-based filters

• Human moderation

• Community flagging and in-app reporting

to detect and respond to harmful content or behaviors.
 

3. Reporting CSAE Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior involving suspected CSAE:

• Please report it using the in-app report feature.

• You can also email us directly at support@alyve.com.

All reports are reviewed promptly and handled with care and urgency.

5. Legal Compliance

Alyve complies with:

• Cooperation with legal authorities, the NCMEC, and other child protection organizations.
